Overview Join our team as an E-Commerce and Warehouse Customer Service Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support to our online shoppers and warehouse operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine customer engagement with operational excellence, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and client satisfaction. Your energetic approach will help drive our mission to provide outstanding service while supporting the efficiency of our warehouse and e-commerce platforms. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product information. Manage order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure timely fulfillment. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Process and track customer orders, refunds, and exchanges. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality and operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse audiences. Ensure work area is kept clean, neat and well organized. Skills and Abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to follow instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
