Job Description:

As an Insurance Agent with our agency, the ideal candidate will be responsible for both servicing and helping clients understand insurance policies that best fit their needs. We are looking for someone who is friendly, adaptable and eager to learn in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personalized insurance solutions based on clients needs Service policyholders as required, including endorsement processing and requesting information required by the insurance company Manage policy renewals, claims and changes Stay current with insurance products and industry regulations Help maintain customer satisfaction Maintain policy files and information through the Agency Management System Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties

Qualifications:

Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License Self Motivated & People Focused Friendly & willing to learn Comfortable using various software applications Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Why Join Us?
