CAPP, a leading supplier of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing parts & equipment, is looking for Customer Service Specialists to support our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for anyone ready to start a rewarding career in customer service. Are you a positive, motivated individual with a passion for helping others? No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Engage with customers by providing product recommendations, order assistance, and answering queries with a smile. Help customers find the perfect solutions by understanding their needs and preferences. Process customer orders and ensure their fulfillment from start to finish. Manage refunds, exchanges, and returns with ease. Contribute to other tasks as needed to keep our sales operations running smoothly.
Who You Are:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior customer service experience (2 years preferred); industry experience (HVAC or similar) is a plus. A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and customer-focused—you genuinely enjoy helping people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
