Job Description

Salary Grade:
Service Representative I or II FLSA Status :
Non-Exempt Basic Qualifications General:
Responsible for providing positive, memorable customer experiences while accurately performing teller duties and account opening duties. These responsibilities include cashing checks, receiving deposits, opening and maintaining retail and business accounts, and processing other transactions as authorized and within policy. A Customer Service Associate promotes banking products and services and directs customers to appropriate team members for specialized services. May assist with administrative consumer loan responsibilities as needed.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor's or Associates degree beneficial but not a mandatory requirement. Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate typing skills; moderate computer skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
