Office Clerk / Customer Service Representative

The 21st Century Energy Group has an opening for a dynamic Customer Service Representative / Office Clerk at our Conneaut Lake, PA location.

We are looking for an upbeat, highly detail-oriented individual who is both a dedicated team player and a self-motivated worker. The ideal candidate has a reliable work ethic, thrives in a busy office environment, and maintains precise accuracy while balancing customer interaction and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Face-to-Face Customer Service:

Greet and wait on walk-in customers with a warm, welcoming, and helpful demeanor.

Payment Processing:

Accurately post customer payments and handle daily delivery invoices with high attention to detail.

Office Support:

Manage multiple phone lines, assist with paperwork, and keep data entry up to date.

Qualifications:

Sharp, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy. Reliable and dependable with a proven track record of excellent attendance. Self-motivated ability to take initiative and work productively with minimal supervision. Strong team player who collaborates well to support coworkers and customers. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. 1 year of office or customer service experience is preferred.
