This role operates in a fast-paced sales environment and is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and consultative service to customers seeking insurance solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engage with inbound customers who have requested insurance quotes Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, and personal insurance products Guide customers through coverage options and assist with final purchase decisions Identify opportunities to offer additional products and bundled insurance solutions Process applications and policy information accurately and efficiently Maintain complete and accurate records in internal systems Provide professional customer service to build trust and ensure a positive customer experience Remain knowledgeable on available products, coverage options, and underwriting requirements Partner with internal teams to support service goals and operational efficiency Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this role successfully, candidates should demonstrate the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment Experience using CRM or similar internal systems preferred Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
