Job Description

As a customer service dispatcher, you will respond to customer calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinates field technicians or drivers. You act as the primary communication link between the company and its field staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Customer communication:
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate with customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments. Respond to all Leads that come in via email, text, calls, etc.
Scheduling and dispatching:
Schedule service calls and assign the appropriate technician or driver to each job based on expertise and availability.
Coordination and monitoring:
Monitor the progress of field staff, track arrival times, and communicate updates to customers.
Customer service:
Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills to provide a positive customer experience.
Organization and multi-tasking:
The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
Problem-solving:
The ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and effectively. Benefits begin after a 90-day probationary period. Must be available to work all shifts. Salary $17•19 per hour depending on experience. This is a small office, so we all work well together helping each other in any way and we have fun in the process.
Pay:
$17.00•$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0•40.0 per week
