Full-Time Customer Care Professional Join our dynamic team at Hawkins Chevrolet in beautiful Danville, PA, a leading automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and unparalleled customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as a Customer Care Professional. If you are passionate about the automotive industry, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing incoming leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field is a plus.
