Our mission at Fullmer Industrial is to be the preferred supplier of abrasives and related items to manufacturers in our area, one customer at a time. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The main role is to support our sales representatives in handling customer quotes, orders and expedites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a small office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare customer quotes and orders Support our sales representatives by researching products and pricing Manage customer expedites Maintain organized records

Qualifications :

At least three years of experience processing customer orders. Experience using a distribution software system is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with a small office environment.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
