Job Description
Robert Half is working with a growing organization looking to add a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to their team. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experienceProcess orders, returns, account updates, and service requestsMaintain accurate documentation within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concernsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
