Cashier/Customer Service

Job Description:

Pocono Beer & Cigarette Outlet is looking for dependable and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. This is a fast-paced retail environment where attention to detail and good customer service are key.

Responsibilities:

Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately ID customers and comply with all age-restricted sales laws (alcohol & tobacco) Assist customers with purchases and product questions Stock shelves, coolers, and maintain store appearance Keep the store clean and organized Handle cash, lottery, and basic store operations Follow all store policies and procedures

Requirements:

Must be 18+ Previous retail or cashier experience preferred (not required) Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling cash and working in a busy environment
