Customer Service/Sales Representative

Duties Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients Generate leads through cold calling, territory management, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our customer base Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional products, and ensuring customer satisfaction Develop strategic business plans for territory sales growth, including identifying new markets and opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for account management and lead tracking Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Demonstrated ability in direct sales, inside sales, and retail sales environments Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer negotiations Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and developing new business opportunities within competitive markets Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and territory expansion is a plus Join us as a Customer Service/Sales Representative where your passion for sales and dedication to customer success will propel your career forward!
