Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer / parts manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in dealership services and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate price estimates
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Manage the sourcing of parts from OEM suppliers
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
