- Previous experience in a client service or financial advisory role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, particularly Redtail.
- Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.
Roles/Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about their accounts.
- Support financial advisors by preparing reports, processing account transactions, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within Redtail CRM and imaging systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information as per company policies and industry regulations.
- Help organize client events and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Other duties as assigned.
