In this comprehensive role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between our clients and financial advisors, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction. As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will leverage your knowledge of financial products and services to assist clients with their accounts, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your ability to build relationships, combined with a strong understanding of our clients' needs, will play a pivotal role in enhancing their experience with our firm.   • Previous experience in a client service or financial advisory role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, particularly Redtail.
  • Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.
Roles/Duties:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about their accounts.
  • Support financial advisors by preparing reports, processing account transactions, and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within Redtail CRM and imaging systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client information as per company policies and industry regulations.
  • Help organize client events and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
