Job Summary As a Call Center Agent, you will connect with potential customers to promote our products and services through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads, supporting the sales team, and driving overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company products and services Qualify leads by gathering relevant information to understand customer needs and preferences Schedule appointments for the sales team Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions Maintain a positive attitude while managing rejection and high call volumes Follow a structured script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in customer conversations Qualifications Proven experience in a call center, sales, or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to handle rejection while staying motivated and professional Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus) Compensation & Benefits $17
