Production/Quality Assist

BGM Custom Wear offers embroidery, screen-printing and engraving all specialized around customer preferences, we are looking for a Full-Time Production / Quality Assist . This position will help assist each department by checking in garments, organizing orders, preparing shipments or deliveries, etc. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations between screen printing and embroidery departments Checking in orders and ensuring all items accounted for Sorting orders by colors/sizes/counts Assist with deliveries if needed Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with clients and colleagues. Help with inventory management and supply ordering when necessary. Prepare any orders for pickup or delivery Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
