Customer Service Associate

Overview Administrative support including but not limited to: Outbound/Inbound calls: Stewardship, update donor payment information and answer general questions concerning donors' accounts. Responsibilities Maintain CRM by entering and/or verifying new and updated donor and account information Processing donor payment data Maintain donor confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential Tracking and reporting on individual project status Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is preferred; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills Excellent phone etiquette Personal time management Data entry or related office experience; typing skills Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point Experience in writing emails and letters (grammar, content and proper letter/envelope format)

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
