Job Description
The Front Desk Representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers. They greet people, take orders, deliver orders, and improve spread our brand and mission to everyone they meet.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable
- Greet and welcome guests
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Take orders
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Monitor cookie supplies and coordinate with manager or baker when getting low
- Take up other duties as assigned (light cleaning, straightening, organizing)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly demeanor
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to navigate POS system and learn new technologies
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
