Job Description

The Front Desk Representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers. They greet people, take orders, deliver orders, and improve spread our brand and mission to everyone they meet.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Take orders
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Monitor cookie supplies and coordinate with manager or baker when getting low
  • Take up other duties as assigned (light cleaning, straightening, organizing)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to navigate POS system and learn new technologies
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Friendly

Flexible Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
