Dispensary sales

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with their inquiries and needs
• Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrate product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
