Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a proactive individual who is skilled in office management and has a strong ability to communicate effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked. Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or similar roles. Strong computer literacy skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
