Job Description

Start your career with CarShop - Penske Automotive Group CarShop is hiring an Internal Service Consultant to support our fast-paced reconditioning and service operations. If you have automotive experience and enjoy keeping things organized and moving, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable, high-volume dealership group.
What You'll Do:
Track and manage vehicle inventory through the reconditioning process Support the Internal Service Manager with daily operations Help expedite sold vehicles for timely delivery Maintain accurate logs, repair updates, and inventory records Follow service department processes and identify efficiency improvements
What We're Looking For:
Automotive experience (service, technician, or dealership background preferred) Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Positive, team-first attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening
