Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis for a 60-day assignment within the mortgage department. Located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, this role offers an excellent opportunity to assist clients in navigating their mortgage needs while delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for resolving customer concerns in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from mortgage customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about loan processes and documentation.
  • Initiate outbound calls to new mortgage clients, welcoming them and explaining the next steps in their journey.
  • Record and update all customer interactions within the system to ensure clear and precise documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Stay informed about mortgage products, company policies, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Deliver a detail-oriented and positive service experience to every client.
  • Assist in managing customer concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize call tracking systems to organize and monitor customer interactions effectively.
  • Adapt to changing procedures and priorities while maintaining high-quality service.
