Job Description

In this Collections role, you will work with our business clients to review account billing, answer invoicing questions, and update payment information. Unlike traditional collection roles, we do not have stressful sales quotas, high-pressure collection targets, or commission-driven metrics. Your income is stable and guaranteed from day one. We focus on customer service, steady problem-solving, and helping our clients keep their accounts running smoothly. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to transition out of retail, hospitality, or food service into a stable corporate environment where precision matters. The regular work shift is Monday - Friday, 10-6:30 ET. Flat base pay of $20/hour ($41,600/year). Primary Responsibilities Answer inbound requests and make outbound calls via a dialer to existing business clients regarding their digital marketing accounts. Review billing statements with both internal and external clients to resolve discrepancies and clarify invoice details.
Maintain extreme precision:
Carefully review accounts, input data flawlessly in excel, and double-check payment entries to ensure 100% accuracy. Process standard payments, update credit cards on file, and set up routine payment arrangements. Maintain accurate, professional notes in our customer database Compose professional email communications to internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity, tone, and attention to detail.
