Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to support daily office operations and help our business run smoothly. This role includes organizing files, answering phones, assisting customers, taking orders, responding to emails, sending flyers and customer communications, and handling general office tasks. Position Details Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time Schedule will be 2 to 3 days per week Business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Occasional weekends required Starting pay is $13.00 per hour , with opportunity for increases based on performance and growth Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Organize and maintain office files, records, and paperwork Respond to customer questions and provide helpful information Send emails, flyers, and other customer communications Assist with general office support and administrative tasks Learn company products, services, and processes to better support customers Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming office environment Support additional office duties as needed Growth Opportunity This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company .
