Our top advisors earn $65,000 - $85,000+ per year through hourly base pay plus commission. What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience from start to finish: Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane Listen carefully and document repair concerns accurately Schedule and manage technician workflow efficiently Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently Maximize technician productivity and maintain strong effective labor rates Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Coordinate service loaner vehicles when needed Maintain high CSI scores and long-term customer relationships This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, organization, and strong communication skills.
