Description Our customer service representatives work primarily inside the Lehighton Outdoor Center. Customer service representatives welcome our guests, check them in for their trip, answer questions, and provide instructions during pre-trip activities. Part of this work includes answering phones, creating reservations, and managing a cash register. We also have a smoothie cafe in which our employees prepare fruit smoothies and a variety of coffee drinks for our guests. This position is seasonal and part-time.
