This position plays an important role in delivering excellent customer service while helping schedule and coordinate plumbing service appointments. What's in it for You?
Hourly pay:

You keep the operation running smoothly and customers taken care of Join a company that prioritizes service quality and customer satisfaction over shortcuts Your new role: Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked service appointments Promote customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and represent the company brand in a professional manner Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business Participate in training and coaching to improve call handling and booking performance Make outbound calls when needed Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians Debrief technicians after completed service calls Maintain and update customer databases and service records Handle customer concerns and complaints quickly and professionally
Hiring Expectations:

Job requirements 3 to 5 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in home services or skilled trades Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn and navigate software quickly Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to handle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative tasks with accuracy Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Organized and detail-oriented Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus NexGen Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
