Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain calm when dealing with customers in a fast pace environment. Duties would include-
  • answer phones
  • service customers in person
  • process payments
  • process orders
  • set up new accounts
  • process incoming mail
  • schedule service
  • mail statements and invoices
  • daily drawer reconciliation
  • errands to bank as necessary
