Job Description:
A growing and highly respected manufacturing company in the Montgomery County area is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of a company where customer support, operations, and teamwork all work hand-in-hand. This role is much more than answering phones. You'll be involved in order coordination, customer communication, ERP data entry, tracking shipments, supporting operations, and helping ensure customers receive a high level of service from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have:
