Customer Service Associate - Cafe & Garden Center

About the Role We are looking for friendly and flexible Customer Service Associates to join our team in a unique café and garden center environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service while working in a variety of settings—from preparing coffee and food in the café to assisting customers with plants and retail products in the garden center.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light café food items. Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions. Provide excellent customer service in both the café and garden center. Assist with stocking, pricing, and merchandising of products. Water and maintain plants to ensure quality and presentation. Support general upkeep of café and retail areas. Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule:

Full and Part-Time Positions Available (24-40 hours per week) Typical shifts may include (but not limited to): 8:00am-4:00pm 10:00am-3:30pm 6:30am-2:30pm 11:30am-7:30pm Must be available for daytime and lunch coverage. Qualifications Previous café, retail, or customer service experience a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn barista and food prep skills. Interest in gardening and retail is helpful.
