Job Description

Hardworking, Friendly, Proactive Team Player wanted! McKean Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players who are committed to excellent client service and exceptional patient care.
The Ideal Candidate:

Skills/Primary Job Responsibilities:
Be the face of the hospital - you are the client and patients first impression of the hospital Welcome patients and clients to the the practice with a warm and friendly manner and make them feel welcome Answer incoming phone calls; which may involve answering questions, screening and scheduling appointments Check out clients; which may include reviewing discharge instructions with the client, dispensing medications and collecting payment Handle incoming and outgoing email Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room
