Identify and escalate sensitive or high-impact issues with sound judgment Monitor trends and sentiment to proactively support brand reputation•What You Bring Experience in customer service within a digital or social environment Exceptional writing skills with a refined sense of brand voice and tone Proficiency in Sprout, Zendesk, and retail e-commerce platforms (or comparable tools) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a high standard of execution•Qualifications Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred.)
