Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Norristown, United States. As a CSA, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers with product information, order processing, and account managementResolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiencyMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are metIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessaryStay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate informationContribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as neededQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in customer service software and CRM systemsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentPatient and empathetic approach to customer interactionsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as neededAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
