Job Description

Overview Center Square Motors is currently seeking an outgoing Customer Service Rep, or CSR to join our dynamic, fast-paced body shop.
Responsibilities:
Greeting all customers in a courteous manner (in-person and over the phone) Scheduling of estimate appointments Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Explaining repair processes Answer and direct all phone traffic. Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, or concerns. Collect and record payments on completed repairs. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Ability to receive direction Ability to relate well to a diverse customer base Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Natural problem solver Valid drivers license Experience Experience providing exemplary customer service Proven customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
