Join our growing team as a Wireless Customer Associate and help customers stay connected through Kinetic's internet and communication services. As a Wireless Customer Associate, you'll work directly with customers, providing support, answering questions about available services, and assisting with account-related needs in a professional, face-to-face environment. The Wireless Customer Associate serves as a key resource for customers by helping them understand Kinetic's service offerings, assisting with account setup and updates, and ensuring each customer receives a positive and informative experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing valuable customer service and account management skills within the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Associate Serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking information about Kinetic's wireless and connectivity services. Assist customers with account inquiries, service options, account updates, and general support needs. Educate customers on available wireless products and services and explain features in a clear and professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records and complete account documentation as needed. Build positive relationships with customers by delivering attentive and personalized service. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Help resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions regarding account-related issues. Stay informed on Kinetic's wireless services and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Qualifications for the Wireless Customer Associate Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide variety of customers. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of the team. Pay:
