Front of House Staff

Hi! Kismet Bagels is looking for a Full Time FLOATER for our company. Your schedule will be set 5 days per week, but the ability to travel to different shops of ours is a must, and therefore You must have a car. This position is for Full Time. We are looking for someone to work Friday-Tuesday, Days Off Being Weds and Thurs. . We are a small, but mighty team who are constantly growing every single day. In this role, you will primarily be on Register, taking care of customers, handing them orders, bagging bagels and pastries, and focusing on customer service. Barista experience is preferable but not necessary. We will train you for Barista work. A willingness to learn and help wherever needed goes a long way. If you are looking to get out of full on restaurants and into something simpler, then that's us! We will also provide light training for back of house in case of emergency. Our shifts begin at 6am with setup/prep. Shop is open 7am-2pm daily and we are almost always busy. Between online orders and in house, it's very busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door. No task is above or below anyone. Qualified applicants will have Ability to work cleanly and efficiently A positive and teamwork-oriented attitude A passion for making great food consistently Willingness to help wherever needed Ability to remain calm under pressure Open AM availability is a must Have reliable transportation Responsibilities include Providing excellent customer service, Taking Orders, Bagging Bagels Handing off orders to delivery drivers as well as pickup customers Restocking / maintaining front Merch Fridge Communicating between front of house and back of house staff to ensure operations run smoothly together Training for Barista Work Maintaining a positive attitude

Compensation:
