Salary Range:
$32,500.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Coffee in office Mentorship with Established Agent Pay Raise Opportunities Paid Holidays Requirements Previous customer service experience is a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people. Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new software. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High school diploma or equivalent. Property and causality license required Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful approach. Provide accurate information about insurance policies and agency services. Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance. Process new applications and endorsements efficiently. Build strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding service. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
