Job Description
Freedom Insurance Group is an established independent insurance agency serving the Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks area for more than 20 years. We specialize in property and casualty insurance and represent multiple A-rated carriers, including Progressive, The Hartford, Travelers, Nationwide, AAA, Geico, and Safeco - a Liberty Mutual Company, allowing us to provide competitive coverage options for our clients. We are looking for a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional who enjoys working with clients and helping them protect their homes, vehicles, and families. What You'll Do Provide insurance quotes for new and existing customers Help clients choose the right coverage based on their needs Assist with policy changes (vehicle updates, drivers, address changes, etc.) Respond to customer and prospect calls and emails Help customers with policy documents and signatures Support clients with claims reporting and questions Identify opportunities to add or improve coverage for clients No cold calling or outreach Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending insurance solutions Position Details Full-time Competitive base salary with performance incentives
