Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage high volume inbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Use active listening to provide an excellent customer service experience with each call Meet personal/team goals and metrics
Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent 2+ years' current/recent call center experience Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Experience navigating through multiple software programs while on calls Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types This is a temp-to-hire position, with room for career growth. This role requires a training schedule of 8a-5p Mon-Fri, then will transition to requiring daylight, evening, and weekend availability on a shift rotation.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
