Job Description

Position Overview Deufol is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for safely handling freight, packaging materials according to customer specifications, and supporting customer fulfillment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift and overhead crane experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting operational deadlines. Key Responsibilities Load and unload customer freight using forklifts and overhead cranes Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage Package freight securely to prevent transportation damage Create and process customer orders within company systems Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams Read and interpret building plans using BoxCAD software Construct wooden skids and assist with crate-building processes as needed Measure, brace, and protect materials according to customer requirements Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately Perform equipment inspections and daily safety checklists Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support inventory tracking and operational deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, shipping, packaging, or freight handling preferred Forklift experience required Overhead crane experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other computer systems Ability to read shipping documents, work instructions, and customer specifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Woodworking experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience in a similar manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and safely operate industrial equipment Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels
