We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Representative II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for transactions and processes. Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions. Suggest and implement process improvements. Helps develop and support the achievement of team objectives. Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags. Understand, enforce, and communicate internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues. Use excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
