Customer Order Entry Specialist (Temporary) -

Lawrenceville, GA 30043 (In-office only - no remote option)
Pay Rate:
$21/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Temporary / Contract (up to 12 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire Position Overview We are representing a client in the medical industry seeking a detail-oriented Customer Order Entry Specialist for a temporary, long-term contract role. This position supports logistics operations by coordinating service requests, managing documentation, and serving as a key point of communication between medical facilities and service vendors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage email and database correspondence related to medical facility service requests Issue product pick tickets and assign purchase orders (POs) to vendors for services Track, trace, and document shipments, including maintaining accurate tracking numbers and delivery records Perform heavy documentation of all actions taken within internal systems Communicate with medical facilities to provide updates and respond to additional information requests Work across multiple software platforms to support logistics and coordination functions Required Qualifications Previous experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or customer service logistics Hands-on experience with shipping, tracking, and tracing processes Strong documentation, data entry, and organizational skills Experience working with multiple software systems simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite in a structured, fast-paced office environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical, healthcare, or regulated industries Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or inventory/logistics systems Why Apply?
