Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative provides customer support and sales assistance to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging product knowledge, systems, and cross functional collaboration to support order management, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to order status, product specifications, and application support using SAP (MRP) and Salesforce (CRM).
  • Support key accounts and distribution partners by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and resolving issues to ensure effective order fulfillment.
  • Analyze order patterns and identify opportunities to improve fulfillment, proactively engaging customers to optimize demand and delivery.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through customer interactions, partner with Sales and Marketing to support opportunity development and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support customer programs, product launches, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to develop product knowledge, system proficiency, and application-based selling skills.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred (Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field)
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude with ability to learn products and systems quickly
  • Proficiency in business systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with high energy, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • English required; Spanish or French-Canadian a plus
