Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Will be trained to count pills
• Woud require the employee to be standing almost all of the time
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
