Job Description

Volpe Dedicated is currently hiring for the position of dispatcher/customer service support at our Stowe, PA, headquarters. This position works as a liaison between our operations team, sales people and our professional drivers. This is a full-time position, with a tentative schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicate with drivers as they make pickups and deliveries throughout the day including routing and customer service issues. Assign driver pickups and deliveries as necessary to accommodate work schedules and any delays that may occur. Verify rate pricing on invoices based on dispatch information. Strong computer skills are necessary. Processing for drivers at the end of their shifts including receiving paperwork and setting up the next day's schedules. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
