Job Description

Job Overview Precision Polymer Products, Inc., a family owned bleeding edge manufacturer of medical disposables located in Pottstown, PA is looking for a Document Control/Customer Service Administrator. This position is responsible for preparing the paperwork that goes out to the manufacturing floor and to insure all revisions are kept current. Other activities include month-end inventories, provide backup to other positions within the department, and special projects assigned by the Production Manager. Proficiency in Excel and Word are required. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits (medical/dental/disability/PTO/401K match). Salary will based on work experience. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and records efficiently. Proficiency ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of quality management standards including
ISO 9001
(quality management systems) is a plus. Experience with filing, data entry, records management, and administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with document control procedures in regulated industries; understanding of ISO standards is highly desirable. Effective communication skills to support customer service functions and collaborate across teams. Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
