Online Resale Assistant

Responsibilities Manage online resale listings across various platforms, including creating engaging product descriptions and uploading high-quality images Price items competitively by analyzing market trends and utilizing retail math skills to maximize profit margins Conduct product demos via live video or photos to showcase item features and quality to potential buyers Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing stock, updating listings regularly, and ensuring accurate inventory records Handle customer inquiries via phone or messaging with professional phone etiquette, providing prompt and friendly assistance Upsell additional products or accessories during interactions to increase sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain accurate cash handling records during transactions and ensure secure processing of payments Qualifications Prior experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems or cashiering is highly desirable Demonstrated supervising experience in retail or customer service settings is a plus Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers Strong communication skills with a friendly phone manner and excellent customer service aptitude Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques within a grocery store or similar environment Basic math skills for retail math calculations, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and setting up product displays Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is advantageous Join us as an Online Resale Assistant and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
