Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist the Sales Department. This role combines customer service, general administrative duties, and sales support.
Duties:
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Review quotes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company pricing
  • Distribute order paperwork to plant staff for product fulfillment/production.
  • Prepare bills of lading for outgoing shipments.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Proven record of solid work history that displays dedication to the company
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Must demonstrate initiative, be highly motivated, and work effectively as a self-starter, with the ability to manage responsibilities and proactively support the team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications
