Job Description

NOW HIRING CUSTOMER CARE REPS IN SCRANTON, PA!
  • This role is fully onsite and will require 1-2 Saturdays per month
Summary:
Supports customer service and sales functions through professional, consultative interactions across multiple communication channels. This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a positive, high-quality client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. Day to
Day:
  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and other digital channels
  • Respond to customer questions and service requests by reviewing account information and identifying appropriate solutions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, or digital tools when appropriate
  • Open, update, and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording information in internal systems
  • Resolve product or service issues by offering appropriate options, next steps, or escalation when needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in required systems
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to support service levels, productivity goals, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Promote a consistent, digital, and omni-channel service experience Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or call center experience preferred Ability to multitask and learn systems quickly Proven ability to manage call volume with accuracy and attention to detail Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Scranton, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
  • $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
