Position Summary Front-End Workers at iSmash Souderton are the face of the experience. This role is perfect for energetic, customer‑focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high‑fun environment. You'll guide guests through their sessions, ensure safety and satisfaction, and help create unforgettable memories. Position Description Front-End Workers interact directly with customers from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave. You'll check guests in, explain room rules, answer questions, upsell add-ons, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. During busy periods—especially weekends—you'll be a key part of keeping operations smooth and guests happy. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience Greet customers, check them in, and explain safety rules and procedures Assist guests with selecting packages, upgrades, and merchandise Maintain a clean, organized lobby and customer areas Support managers during peak hours and special events Communicate effectively with the back-end team to ensure room readiness Handle basic POS transactions and customer inquiries Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages Prior customer service or retail experience preferred Weekend availability required High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Hours:

Based on operational needs, with emphasis on weekends and busy periods

Pay:
